Unique to aimpower is our combination of extensive practical knowledge in the areas of artificial intelligence, behavioral science, brand consulting and digital transformation, as well as in the implementation of customer experience solutions and digital products. The core team has decades of experience in technical and strategic consulting for corporations and large brands, and has successfully built and grown companies in the digital tech and market research space.


Dr. Christian Scheier

Co-Founder, CAIO | Chief AI Officer

Actively involved in the field of AI for over 20 years, Dr. Christian Scheier is one of the few neuropsychologists worldwide to combine research with practical expertise in marketing consulting.

After a scientific career at the renowned California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and the successful establishment of an agency for marketing research, he founded DECODE Marketingberatung GmbH together with Dr. Dirk Held and in 2020 aimpower GmbH. He is the author of several bestselling books in the field of brand management and neuropsychology, and most recently published "Künstliche Intelligenz in der Markenführung".

Furthermore, he is the author of the standard work on behavior-based AI, “Understanding Intelligence” (MIT Press), as well as numerous scientific publications.

Peter Krause

Co-Founder, CEO | Chief Executive Officer

Peter Krause has known the landscape of marketing and digital agencies for more than 20 years.

After successful stints at major agencies such Ogilvy and Syzygy, he also accrued many years of experience as Managing Director and partner at Reply in Frankfurt, a renowned digital agency with a special focus on the introduction of agile processes in creation and technology.

Since 2018, he has been actively involved in the topic of "artificial intelligence" and in 2020, together with Dr. Christian Scheier and Dr. Dirk Held, founded aimpower GmbH.

As Managing Director he merges his experience in launching large digital platforms with his passion for behavioural science.

Julia Saswito

CMO | Chief Marketing Officer

Julia Saswito is a digital pioneer and customer experience specialist. After successfully building and selling one of the leading digital agencies in Germany to an international technology network, she acted as partner for a unit of >100 people and Global Practice Lead for "Digital Experience" .

In numerous articles and lectures, she illuminates innovations in digital marketing and e-commerce. She is also a tireless advocate of putting human needs at the center of digital transformation.

As a female CEO and shareholder of a technology company, she was a rarity for a long time. Consequently, she is particularly passionate about equal opportunities and women in tech. Since 2021, she is pursuing her interest in artificial intelligence by complementing aimpower’s management team in the fields of strategy and marketing.

Martin Fröhlich

CIO | Chief Information Officer

Martin Fröhlich has been designing stable enterprise-level software for more than 10 years.

His career began in traditional brand and organisational consulting. With an academic background in applied media sciences and informatics, he specialised in the migration of business processes into digital products at major agencies. He has advised some of the largest clients in the industry on digital and agile transformation.

Stability, scalability and efficiency are at the heart of his work and architecture. The challenge of balancing an unconditional focus on the product with the demanding internal view of interdisciplinary, distributed teams defines his greatest passion and expertise. In May 2021, he joined aimpower’s management team.

Dr. Dirk Held

Co-Founder, CSO | Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Dirk Held is one of the leading experts in translating scientific findings into concrete marketing measures. He is the author of several bestsellers on the subject of neuromarketing and advises international brands on optimising their marketing activities worldwide.

Following his studies in psychology, he earned his doctorate in the field of Behavioural Economics, especially with regard to the influence of brands on purchasing decisions.

Together with Dr. Christian Scheier, he founded DECODE Marketingberatung GmbH and in 2020 aimpower GmbH. He is also co-author of several bestselling books with Dr. Christian Scheier, e.g. in the field of brand management and neuropsychology, and most recently published "Künstliche Intelligenz in der Markenführung" in 2019.
